Mike Cowell

Chief Executive Officer 
Mike Cowell is CEO of Paradigm Precision and has nearly 30 years of experience in the aerospace industry.  Mike joined Palmer Manufacturing in 1997 as VP of Operations and was named COO of Paradigm Precision in 2007 following the acquisition of Palmer Manufacturing.  While in this role, he led a strategy that doubled sales and migrated the company into a leading provider of large, complex machining.  Additionally, Mike worked with the government of Tunisia to start up operations and technical staffing for our Eurocast division.  Prior to Palmer, Mike was a General Manager for Textron BARCO and a General Manager for Stanley Botch, a $360 million company, where he generated profit and growth improvements through lean manufacturing initiatives.  Mike holds a BS in business from Brown University.  

 

John Dick

Chief Financial Officer
John Dick is CFO of Paradign Precision. Mr. Dick has over 20 years of experience as a senior financial executive with international manufacturing companies building on top of 8 years of public accounting experience. He has built an impressive career with global financial and management reporting, internal controls and compliance as well as making significant contributions to the growth and profitability of such notable companies as Peat Marwick Mitchell (now KPMG), Hyster, SCI Systems, Sparton Electronics, Solectron and most recently Kimball International. His prior work encompassed the United States, Mexico, Europe and Asia. He is a native Scot and a Chartered Accountant, the international equivalent of a Certified Public Accountant.
